Your responsibilities:
- Identify current or potential customers for company products. Develop business opportunities and tap into potential markets.
- Daily contact with customers (phone, email, and in-person).
- Understand and fulfill customer needs, as well as build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Compile market feedback.
- Ensure optimal customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries.
- Results-oriented work style.
- Achieve or exceed agreed upon sales targets.
