As a specialist assistant for short-time and insolvency benefits, you actively contribute to preserving jobs and support companies.Your tasks and responsibilities
You review eligibility requirements and process applications for short-time and insolvency benefits in cases of medium difficulty (termination and reimbursement procedures).
You maintain electronic customer files.
As part of the processing, you check the documents (applications and settlement lists) for completeness, plausibility, and accuracy.
You calculate benefit entitlements for companies and employees and ensure their payment in accordance with legal regulations.
In doing so, you communicate with employers and employee clients, as well as with tax consultants, payroll offices, insolvency administrators, courts, and health insurance companies, provide information on benefit-related matters, and clarify any discrepancies.
