Tasks:

As a (Lead) Agile Coach, you will work on strategic projects for business and IT transformation from the IT Governance team
You support crossfunctional teams in the implementation and execution of agile methods
You continuously develop our existing method collections and best practices of our process domain framework based on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
As a mentor for agility, you establish an internal Agile community consisting of local Agile coaches and Scrum Masters from the departments, with the goal of team selforganization and establishing a unified agile mindset
You can effectively use and combine agile tools and provide targeted training for users
You act as a role model, are willing to continuously develop yourself, and can inspire people for change

Profile:

You have a degree or equivalent qualification
You have gained initial experience in a (functional) leadership position and have at least 6 years of experience as a professional Agile Coach
You possess excellent communication skills, motivation, improvisation skills, conflict management skills, and an intrinsic motivation to network within
