Your future. What to expect

  • Contact person for German Liebherr companies regarding data protection issues, i.e. receiving, coordinating and providing data protection support for data protection-related inquiries from departments and legal support for implementing requirements
  • Support in internal documentation of processing activities (records of processing activities) and evaluation of processing and review of service providers and any data protection agreements (e.g. data processing agreements, agreements on joint responsibility, standard contractual clauses)
  • Coordination, structuring and clarification of legal issues related to data protection with the Group Data Protection Officer or internal legal department
  • Conducting employee awareness and training sessions as well as data protection audits

Your profile. What you bring

  • Degree in law, IT business administration or a comparable legal degree or (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT
  • Passion for data protection and professional experience in the field of data protection or demonstrable knowledge of data protection
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented work style, as well as assertiveness and negotiation skills
