For our location in Herzberg am Harz, we are looking for a service and customer-oriented Claims Processing Employee (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Independent and conclusive processing of claims, especially vehicle damages, taking into account legal and technical aspects
Implementation of active claims management and ensuring efficient and customeroriented claims processing, particularly through active telephone contact
Written and telephone negotiations with customers, lawyers, assessors, workshops, and insurance companies to develop economically viable and customeroriented solutions
Identification of regressions and corresponding implementation
Participation in crossdepartmental project teams and execution of special tasks

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as an Insurance and Finance Clerk (m/f/d), Insurance Specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable education with several years of professional experience
Knowledge and experience in processing vehicle damages (comprehensive, liability) desirable
Good technical understanding and goaloriented work approach
Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
Independent work style and good written and verbal expression
Teamwork, willingness to learn and adapt, conflict management skills, and organizational talent
