What to Expect

You will design customer service solutions in close collaboration with our sales and product partners. You will advise on solution designs during the presales phase using solution demos. Our motto is "From vision to results". This means that you will be the point of contact for our customers throughout the entire project cycle. As a solution expert, you will support the requirements and solution specification in the early project phases and transfer your knowledge to the project team. As a specialist in customer service solutions, you will create whitepapers and blog posts and represent us at trade fairs.

Your tasks include

Technical and functional design of complex customer service solutions, with experience in Genesys products being advantageous
Processing of tenders and preparation of offers including effort estimation (functional, technical and commercial)
Technology and product consulting for customers and internal team
Active development of the product portfolio
