Your tasks include:

- first point of contact for guests
- reception and care of guests at the reception and bar
- processing of reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- administrative tasks
- answering emails and calls
- responsibility for all safety-related areas and facilities
- security rounds

What you bring with you:

completed training in hotel management or equivalent:

first experience in the hospitality industry

- passion for hospitality and enjoyment of interacting with people
- strong communication skills in German and English
- structured way of working
