- Design and implement enterprise-level BI solutions using Microsoft BI technologies such as SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, and Azure Synapse Analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, create mapping documentation, modeling documentation, and define BI solution architecture and design.
- Create data models and design data warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS to deliver actionable insights to business users.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of BI developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the BI and data analytics space.
- Proven experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and report development using Power BI and SSRS
- Strong understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft BI technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and to coordinate communication across diverse work groups.
- Promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or related discipline, preferred.
- Five (5) + years of experience in BI architecture, design, and development with a focus on Microsoft BI technologie
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE: Data Management and Analytics or Azure BI and Analytics certification are preferred.

We are seeking an experienced BI Developer with a strong background in Microsoft BI technologies to join our team.
