Description

The central anesthesia department provides care for over 7000 anesthetics at two locations, from infants to the elderly, with approximately 2400 regional anesthetics in 7 operating rooms. The department also manages intensive care (currently 19 beds) and intermediate care patients, as well as a recovery room and pre-medication outpatient clinic. During the day, the department also provides emergency medical services at both locations (optional night work). The department is well-equipped with modern technology. A new intensive care unit was recently opened at the Naila location, and a new operating room will follow in a future construction phase. At the Münchberg location, a new functional area with a modern operating room and new intensive care/intermediate care unit (10/8 beds) is currently being built (completion in 2024).

We are looking for you

We are seeking a senior physician (m/f/d) for anesthesia and intensive care medicine to join our team at Kliniken Hochfranken.

Your responsibilities

Senior physician duties in the operating room and on the intensive care units at both locations
Participation in the hospital's on-call system
Training and further education of staff, particularly trainee physicians
Assistance with organizational matters within the hospital
