YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for the holistic order processing including tracking and control of delivery dates and clarification of open deliveries
- Telephone and written support for customers in the healthcare industry and ensuring comprehensive customer information about the product portfolio, service offerings, and advertising activities
- Handling of complaint management
- Close cooperation with departments and administrative support for sales
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training, for example as an office clerk or similar
- First professional experience in the described area of responsibility
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German and ideally English skills (spoken and written)
- Independent, proactive, and conscientious way of working as well as a strong customer service orientation
