As a Desk Clerk at Star View Court, you'll play a pivotal role in this mission. Responsibilities encompass customer service, security, and communication. You'll interact with residents, monitor building access, ensure property safety, and liaise with authorities and the property team.

Additionally, our location offers convenient access to public transit, Bus #25 stops right in front of the property. To support our team members' commuting needs, Mercy Housing provides a
$30.00 subsidy toward commuter fees.

This is an on-site position on Treasure Island, CA, offering a competitive wage of $22.00/hour along with comprehensive benefits.


Star View Court is a new, affordable property located on Treasure Island near San Francisco, CA.


Schedule:8am-5pm

$22.00/hour

Duties:


  • Keep accurate log of all visitors to the complex by recording the name of the visitor(s).
  • Convey accurate information to the appropriate authorities, as necessary.
  • Answer telephones and take accurate messages.
  • Conduct patrols of the entire complex according to a schedule outlined by the Property Manager and other appropriate supervisory staff.
  • Respond to emergency situations by calling the appropriate emergency service (e.g., police, fire department, ambulance, paramedics).

Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent / General office experience.
