Your responsibilities

• Pedagogical and organizational management of the daycare center
• Supervision and management of approximately 25 employees
• Implementation of team development strategies
• Close collaboration with parents and cooperation partners
• Responsibility for occupancy management
• Participation in higherlevel management meetings

Your profile

• Completed degree in social pedagogy, education, childhood education, or educational science
• Experience as a deputy manager or overall manager
• Professional experience in daycare centers with a semiopen/open concept
• Commitment, expertise, and resilience
• Motivated and responsible work style
• Respectful and clear communication
