Location: 2428 S 11th St Ste 1, Niles MI

No Auto Restriction; must be able to operate a 10 speed transmission.

Do you have a passion for driving? Are you looking for more home time? Picture yourself as a transit driver with Gordon Food Service In this position, you will be transporting loaded and empty trailers from GFS Distribution Centers or from point-to-point via night transit.

Night shifts mean you'll be home every day, and there's not touch freight required. Feel safe and secure at a company that values and respects you. Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply

Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday. Start time 3 PM until route finish

Pay:
Drivers average $70,000 - $90,000/year

Guaranteed minimum of $1100/week
Daily base pay, plus component pay
Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered

Does this look like you?

At least 21 years of age
Class A CDL License at hire or within 90 days of start date

Doubles endorsement required

Ability to operate a twowheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
