What can you expect?

  • You will provide a modern and complex IT infrastructure, operate and further develop it, with a focus on configuring and maintaining Linux servers (AlmaLinux) and supporting the services based on them
  • You will be the contact person for inquiries, advise colleagues and conduct IT training if necessary
  • You will manage IT projects for the sustainable development of the system landscape in the company
  • You will automate processes such as on/offboarding, security patches, etc.

What should you bring?

  • You have expertise in the administration of complex IT environments with a focus on Linux
  • You have good to very good knowledge in the areas of ElkStack, Icinga monitoring, Ansible and enjoy scripting (e.g. Powershell, Bash, Python) as well as using APIs
  • You have experience in other IT infrastructure topics, such as administration of Windows Server (including Active Directory, group policies, Exchange, etc.) as well as VMware, Veeam, network, VLANs, and firewall
  • You are communicative for dealing with and advising users
  • You are a team player and have the willingness and ability to work independently and autonomously
