We are currently seeking a Director of Human Resources - Industry (all genders) for our partner company, a medium-sized manufacturer in the field of mechanical engineering, located in Hot Springs, AR.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for 1000 employees, including a HR team of approximately 10 employees
  • Independent and handson management of HR tasks
  • Point of contact for management and employees regarding all labor and personnelrelated matters
  • Close collaboration with the management, particularly in regards to organizational development, workforce planning, personnel development concepts, employer branding, etc.
  • Overseeing the entire recruiting process from job postings to conducting interviews, contract preparation, and onboarding of new employees
  • Ensuring efficient personnel processes, including payroll
  • Collaboration with the works council
  • Contributing to and driving the digitalization of HR management
  • Authorized signatory

Qualifications:

  • Several years of professional and disciplinary leadership experience as a Head of HR, HR Manager, department head with responsibility for at least 350 employees
  • Work experience in an industrial environment, such as mechanical engineering, vehicle manufacturing, automotive, plant engineering, medical technology, intralogistics, automation, etc.
  • Successfully completed degree in Human Resources/Personnel Management or Labor Law
