Job Summary
The Clinical Lead provides clinical direction for clinical staff at each designated site.

The clinical lead conducts periodic fidelity audits to ensure that clinical staff are maintaining fidelity to approved EBP within each clinical program.

The Clinical Lead conducts scheduled clinical staffing as well as unscheduled clinical consultation to assigned clinical teams to provide guidance and direction as well as to ensure that clinical programming and services are effective and efficient in addressing patient/participant and community needs in accordance with CBI Policy and Procedures as well as with contractual, state and Federal requirements and ethical standards.

In addition, assists with implementation of initiatives related to integrated outpatient services for Community Bridges Inc., coordinates with internal partners and supervisors for operational clinical optimization.


Skills/Requirements:


  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family or Social Work.
  • Must be licensed at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist. Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and meets requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
  • Current AZ Driver's License.
  • Preferred AZ Fingerprint Clearance.
