Associate - Energy & M&A - Renewable Finance - Ruleville, MS

The Role:
Contribute to the development, structuring, and execution of mandates in Europe as an Associate.

You will work closely with Directors and Partners, gaining valuable insights into groundbreaking solar PV, onshore wind, energy storage, and other projects across the continent.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the origination and execution of financing and M&A processes.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including discounted cash flow valuations and scenario analyses.
Create essential marketing and commercial documents, such as teasers, information memoranda, and reports.
Manage projects involving multiple external parties.
Assist in due diligence processes.
Contribute to research, writing, and proofing of market intelligence for marketing materials.
Actively participate in the dynamic office culture of our young company, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of our services.

Required Skills:

Exceptional Excel modeling skills, preferably with experience in VBA.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highpressure environment, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.
Commercial mindset with the ability to take initiative while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, excelling both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to a nontechnical audience.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ideally, 23 years of relevant professional experience.
