Member Services Team Representative - Full Time, Work from Home

Hiring for evening and weekend shifts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls for all new and current members of Big Blue Swim School in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete outbound phone calls for new and current members that require a follow up
  • Convert potential Big Blue customer leads into members
  • Identify members' needs, clarify information, research resolutions and provide solutions or alternatives for our members
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Follow Big Blue Swim School core values during each and every interaction with our members and Member Services Team

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer experience in a contact center, customer support, or customer facing role strongly preferred
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
