To support our team, we are looking for a full-time Foreman / Skilled Worker (m/f/d) in the field of earthworks / civil engineering in Pinckneyville, IL.

Your tasks:

  • Supervising and coordinating construction projects
  • Operating and maintaining construction equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Managing and training team members

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a civil or road builder, or preferably relevant work experience
  • Valid driver's license, preferably with a Class CE endorsement
  • Willingness to work and flexibility
  • Independent, motivated, and dedicated work ethic within our team
