A challenging task
- Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the operational management of the debt management processes in the area of network utilization management at Middle Valley.
- You will contribute to the development, automation, and digitalization of our processes, implementing quality and efficiency improvements. This will involve working independently with all stakeholders in debt management and analyzing cross-functional processes.
- You will develop and coordinate measures for error prevention, avoidance, and resolution.
- You will participate in the design of projects and workshops for continuous process improvement and actively contribute to their implementation.
- You will conduct training sessions independently and create corresponding materials.
A convincing background
- You are a curious, dedicated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You enjoy driving topics forward, taking initiative, and have planning and organizational skills.
- You have analytical, process-oriented, and solution-oriented thinking skills and can quickly grasp complex issues.
- You enjoy learning new things, handling multiple topics, and taking initiative to prioritize.
- If you have previous experience in the energy industry, that is a plus.
