Team Assistant - Real Estate Management (m/f/d) (full-time/part-time)

Your responsibilities

· Central point of contact for all property inquiries and representation of the owner's function towards tenants and service providers

· Recording of tenant master data, maintenance of folders

· Management of external service providers

· Care for potential tenants and existing tenants, as well as monitoring of upcoming lease renewals and rental income

· Support in the overall process of project development

· Monitoring of construction measures in cooperation with external service providers and demanding correspondence and communication internally and externally
