Your contribution:

Creation of export documents Atlas export
Creation of freight documents (CMR) and certificates of origin (letter of credit compliant)
Creation of dangerous goods declarations (Shipper's declaration for air transport, IMO declarations for sea transport)
Creation of goods traffic certificates for Turkey (A.TR.)
Creation of loading lists for inhouse forwarders
Tracking of export proofs
Freight procurement for particularly timecritical transports
Communication with sales on topics such as prioritizing orders, freight inquiries, transit times, etc.
Invoice verification of freight invoices and packaging materials against existing offers
Entering forwarding offers and updates (as specified)
Maintenance of master data (customs tariff numbers, origins of goods, detailed texts for Atlas export according to own assessment)
Comparison and control of import processes
