For a maternity leave replacement at our Dreihausen location, we are looking for a part-time (30 hours) Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d) for a fixed term of 24 months.


Your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the HACCP team, including creating training materials, and updating HACCP relevant documentation, including glass and allergen management
  • Conducting error analyses and risk assessments
  • Creating verification and validation regarding HACCP
  • Handling customer complaints, analyzing the cause of errors, and creating statistical evaluations
  • Collaboration in the introduction of new raw materials in cooperation with R&D as part of the material selection process
  • Raw material complaints, conducting supplier audits, and creating and maintaining raw material documentation
  • Organizing and monitoring largescale experiments related to raw materials, as well as creating corresponding result reports

Your profile:

  • Degree in nutrition science/food science/natural sciences or equivalent professional experience
  • Quick problem recognition and solution competence
  • Independent work and assertiveness
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Flexible working hours by arrangement
