Overview of your responsibilities:
- Participation in new issuances and transactions for structured products
- Transaction management
- Documentation in accordance with legal requirements
- Creation and review of legal documents under German and British law
- Ongoing review and optimization of internal processes
- Establishment and maintenance of a strong network in the areas of operations, structuring, law, and sales
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in a business-related field or training as a bank clerk
- Extensive experience in securities trading
- Knowledge of commercial law
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Enjoy working in a team
