We are:
\- A non-profit organization for child and youth welfare in the districts of Lüneburg and Harburg

\- Operating 4 residential groups ( 34, 35a SGB VIII)

\- A day group ( 32, 35a SGB VIII)

\- And providing outpatient assistance ( 28, 30, 31, 35a SGB VIII)


We offer:
\- A full-time or part-time position with 30 to 39 hours per week

\- Payment according to the collective agreement for the public service (TVöd)

\- Additional benefits

\- Regular team meetings

\- Supervision

\- Opportunities for further education and training

\- And 9 curious girls, the residents of the residential group.


Responsibilities:


The overall institution KINDERHAUS IN WITTORF sees itself as an open facility for parents and works in a family-oriented manner.


Active cooperation with children and parents significantly influences the success of the assistance, demonstrates a responsible attitude of those involved in the assistance process, and thus achieves strengthening of the family system.


Following the goal of reunification or clarification, the group is methodically designed to support the individual process of each family.
