At the Humanist Association Berlin-Brandenburg KdöR, we value humanity, tolerance, and freedom of religion. We are the operator of over 26 kindergartens spread throughout Berlin, as well as one kindergarten in Fredersdorf/Vogelsdorf, Brandenburg. We also have two family centers and the Humanist Vocational School for Social Pedagogy.

Of course, we offer an indefinite employment contract and an attractive salary according to our in-house collective agreement, Group 7a, full-time or part-time, with fixed salary increases according to the salary table of our in-house collective agreement.

In addition, you will receive vacation pay, an annual bonus, a child allowance, company pension, and a subsidy for the VBB company ticket.

All employees receive 30 vacation days + 2 days off on December 24th and 31st. We also offer a referral bonus for pedagogical professionals. You can specialize in specific topics (e.g. inclusion, workshop pedagogy, digitalization, and more) - what are your ideas?
