Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) as Daycare Center Manager in Thornton, AR
Full-time position with 39 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • Pedagogical management and operation of the daycare center
  • Planning of shifts, vacations, and further education
  • Conceptual development of the daycare center
  • Conducting staff meetings
  • Organizing parent meetings and assemblies
  • Networking and committee work

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in social pedagogy or social work
  • Alternatively: Staterecognized educator (m/f/d) with professional and managerial experience
  • Indepth knowledge of daycare center laws and child protection
  • High sense of responsibility and leadership skills
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Independent, selfmotivated, and structured work style
