We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Meschede-Remblinghausen starting on December 1st, 2023.

What you will be responsible for:

Organizing and handling general secretarial tasks (mail, phone, fax, reception, inquiries, cash register, hotel bookings)
Managing cleaning services
Maintaining contract documents and communicating with contract partners
Overseeing contract management for work clothing (contract terms, cost control, inventory control, new orders, returns, repairs, complaints)
Coordinating personnel matters in collaboration with HR (company events, anniversaries, obtaining and forwarding certificates/documents, writing accident reports, sharing employee information, and assisting with the application process)
Assisting with the organization of training (scheduling, communication, documentation)
Supporting the accounting department and organizing the company fleet
