To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Berlin, we are currently looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Claims Management for our Claims Management Service department.

Your new role

In this important role, you will lead your own team both professionally and disciplinarily, making a significant contribution to the development and implementation of our strategic goals
With passion, you will accompany and coordinate projects in the field of digital claims solutions, in order to offer our customers innovative and efficient solutions
You will also use your skills to support our specialists, particularly in the area of property insurance
You will utilize your experience to create accurate damage evaluations
You will also promote active communication with insurers, customers, and international partners to strengthen our partnerships and explore new business opportunities
