As a joint venture of Manpower Group Germany and Lufthansa Technical Training, AviationPower Group combines unique aviation and personnel expertise, ranging from technical expertise to comprehensive HR concepts and staffing services.

We are looking for reliable and service-oriented individuals to join our Aviation team as a Check-In Agent (m/f/d) immediately. The position is in temporary employment, with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Punctual, customer-oriented and economical handling of passengers and their luggage;
  • Checking/acceptance of passenger data and input for the correct flight connection;
  • Allocation of seats and baggage handling;
  • Determination of excess baggage including cashless collection;
  • Conducting simple reservations;
  • Occupying the lounge;
  • Support in the area of baggage tracing;
  • Carrying out baggage security measures;
  • Initiating and conducting announcements;
  • Checking flight coupons and travel documents;
  • Entering necessary passenger information (e.g. APIS);
  • Coordinating passenger handling with other operational areas; ordering buses;
  • Assisting arriving guests;
