Focus on these tasks:


  • Design and implementation of all personnel administrative tasks (issuing certificates and employment references, monitoring absences, setting goals, etc.)
  • Recruiting (including direct approaches, job interviews, onboarding process, etc.)
  • Design and implementation of contractual matters (contract, contract changes, warnings, termination, termination agreement, etc.)
  • Competent contact person for all operational areas of human resources
  • Strategic and conceptual development of own area of responsibility in close cooperation with the Head of Human Resources
  • Contact person for associations, chambers, educational institutions, and external payroll offices
  • Conducting preparatory payroll accounting
  • Supervision of trainees and dual students
  • Participation and implementation of employee development measures as well as employer branding

  • Successfully completed training as a personnel clerk or university degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or sociology, psychology, adult education, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in human resources in a comparable, independent position
  • Indepth knowledge in all functional areas of human resources (including preparatory payroll accounting)
  • Knowledge in labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Ideally with a qualification as a trainer
