Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • In this position, you will support the further development of the implemented management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and quality strategies, as well as the execution of internal and external audits, including deriving and tracking/implementation of measures.
  • As part of quality pre-planning, you will provide input for the organization, planning, execution, and monitoring of quality-relevant work packages in the product development process.
  • You will support the execution of risk analyses (FMEAs) and create Q-inspection plans based on these FMEAs. In addition, first sample inspections will also fall within your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or equivalent qualification, such as a technician/master (m/f/d) or engineering degree
  • Experience in quality pre-planning in the product development process (FMEA, inspection planning and implementation)
  • Experience in using preventive quality management tools (Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D, "5Why" etc.)
  • Experience as an auditor (internal/external)
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Pragmatic approach, strong process orientation, flexibility, and willingness to take on new tasks
