QUALIFICATIONS
The following are the minimum requirements for this position:
Hiring Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role within the hotel industry or a related field.
- At least one year of experience handling cash, with a good understanding of US currency and exchange rates.
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional, and positive manner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tactfully communicate with guests, department heads, and shipboard employees to resolve issues and negotiate solutions.
- Proficiency in operating basic office equipment, such as telephones, computers, and copy machines.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work onboard for 5-6 months.
