Objective of the position:
Ensuring the processing of fundamental questions in the credit business and supporting internal departments in credit-related issues Optimizing credit-related methods and processes in coordination with the respective departments Implementation of regulatory topics in Frankfurter Sparkasse and assumption of various project management tasks You can expect the following tasks: Coordination, further development and professional support of fundamental credit topics in coordination with the departments involved - including topics related to EBA-LOaM (segmentation, KRI control, further development of credit granting standards, etc.) Central responsibility for planned regulatory changes related to the credit business Analysis of the changes and anticipation of potential change needs for Frankfurter Sparkasse Planning, coordination and implementation of legal and regulatory requirements Assumption of various project management tasks Support of activities in the context of ECB banking supervision Ongoing professional review and design of credit processes and process reviews Conceptual design and implementation of credit-related training measures
