About the Opportunity: The Clinical Leader role involves designing and overseeing evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and similar developmental disabilities in different natural settings based on physician recommendations. Duties & Responsibilities: - Adhere to CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards - Conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload - Provide in-field feedback to Behavior Specialists - Collaborate with the training department for individualized training - Ensure understanding and execution of responsibilities among team members - Stay updated on new research and trends in the field - Additional job duties as assigned Benefits & Perks: Starting as a part-time opportunity, you can advance your career in this fulfilling industry where you witness results daily.
