Your tasks
  • As a technical contact, you help with installations and troubleshooting of IT
  • You support our customers with questions and problems regarding the technical operation of our Moodle and Wordpress software
  • You set up new servers for the development environment and live operation
  • Continuous optimization of product and service quality is also part of your tasks.
  • Thanks to your strong customer and service orientation, you maintain our good customer relationships
  • Would you like to independently ensure the technical operation of our learning platform? We can also make that possible after appropriate training.
Our requirements
  • You have a technical education, such as IT specialist for system integration
  • Graduates and career changers are welcome
  • An education in Linux administration and experience in operating a Wordpress / Moodle installation would be desirable
  • Good communication skills, persuasiveness, and sense
