Your Responsibilities
- Individual and group counseling of patients
- Preparation and execution of lectures and cooking groups
- Planning and preparation of diet forms according to medical orders in the kitchen
- Coordination of individual diet plans and diets
- Creation of meal plans for specific dietary needs and organization of implementation
- Adherence to and implementation of HACCP guidelines
- Compilation of information materials for patients such as brochures, daily plans, calculations, etc.
Your Profile
- Valid certificate according to § 43 para. 1 of the Infection Protection Act
- Successfully completed training as a staterecognized dietitian
- Friendly and patientoriented demeanor
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
