The municipality of Braunsbach in the district of Schwäbisch Hall is looking to fill the position of Head of Administration. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Due to the election of the incumbent to the position of mayor, the municipality of Braunsbach is seeking a new Head of Administration (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

This is a position with a managerial function, with cross-functional responsibilities to other departments in the town hall. The prerequisite for the position is a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Management, a diploma in Public Administration (FH), or a comparable qualification.

The main responsibilities include:

Management of the main administration, including personnel and regulatory affairs
General legal matters (statutory and contractual law)
Municipal insurance
Youth and social affairs, including childcare
Issues related to climate protection
Settlement of fire department operations
