We are a chain of childcare centers in the city of Zurich with 14 locations spread throughout the city.

To complement our administration team, we are looking for a motivated and independent individual to join us as an HR Assistant.

Your responsibilities In this diverse role, you will be responsible for all aspects of personnel administration, recruitment, and payroll for our approximately 280 employees.

Your main tasks will include:

Managing and overseeing all administrative personnel processes from recruitment to exit
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external parties regarding HR matters
Assisting with various recruitment processes
Preparing employment references, interim references, and confirmations of employment.
