As part of our temporary staffing services, we are currently looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) / Estimator (m/f/d) for HVAC projects for a project assignment with our client in Stuttgart.


Your future responsibilities:

  • Preparation of costeffective bid calculations for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing projects
  • Review and evaluation of tender documents, performance specifications, and supplier offers
  • Development and tracking of bids in collaboration with department heads and project managers
  • Participation in contract award negotiations
  • Preparation of lump sum offers
  • Calculation analysis and project handover
  • Review and support of HVAC planning in cooperative bidding procedures (Precon)
  • Independent calculation and preparation of subcontractor tenders as well as evaluation of subcontractor offers
  • Identification of opportunities and risks, as well as preparation of additional cost calculations and alternative offers

Your profile:

  • Completed technical and/or commercial education
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and
