    Description

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for Operations Agents to ensure exceptional service is provided to residents, guests, contractors, and vendors.

    As an Operations Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming and registering guests and residents, assisting with various tasks, and handling emergency situations effectively.

    You will report to the Operations Manager or Community Association Manager.



    Your Responsibilities:

    • Display outstanding customer service, communication, and time management abilities.
    • Monitor and manage electronic control systems and respond promptly to emergencies.
    • Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and forms.
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
    • Adapt to shifting schedules based on association requirements.
    • Familiarize yourself with FirstService Employee Handbook and Operations Procedures.
    • Collaborate with the Community Association Manager during severe weather alerts.
    • Enforce uniform guidelines and maintain a professional appearance.
    • Collaborate with colleagues respectfully and inform management of any delays or absences.
    • Keep assigned areas organized and neat.
    • Attend mandatory meetings.
    • Supervise moves, deliveries, and unit construction activities, reporting any issues promptly.
    • Support the receiving department and front desk as needed.
    • Assist residents and guests with inquiries and refer complex issues to the management office.
    • Handle package retrieval following standard procedures.
    • Monitor valet areas to ensure adherence to guidelines.
    • Check the Fire Alarm Panel at the beginning and end of each shift.
    • Aid managers and administrative staff as necessary.
    • Respond to emergencies promptly and report incidents to management.
    • Follow necessary safety procedures and report any issues without delay.
    • Stay on duty until properly relieved, if necessary.
    • Perform other duties assigned by the Community Association Manager.


    Skills and Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • FA CPR AED Certification preferred.
    • Two to three years of relevant experience preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service background.
    • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
    • Knowledge of information system hardware/software.


    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Work in various positions for extended periods.
    • Reach overhead and have a wide range of mobility.
    • Work in different environmental conditions.
    • Perform repetitive motions and handle objects and equipment.
    • Complete necessary forms and communicate effectively.
    • Ability to navigate the property/building swiftly.
    • Prompt response to emergencies.

      Schedule:
    • Tuesday 3PM - 11PM
    • Wednesday & Thursday 11PM - 7PM

    Compensation:
    $18-19 Hourly
