Description

* supplying cases to the filling operation
* operating depalletizing and case washing equipment
* operating a forklift
* unloading trailers
* maintaining a clean, organized work area
* cleaning floors, walls, drains, conveyors, floor scrubbers, case washer, depalletizer and palletizers
* using sanitation chemicals, floor scrubbers, foaming stations, hoses, brushes and mops to clean and
* other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

* must be at least 18 years old
* must be able to lift 40+ pounds repetitively
* must be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
* must be able to work efficiently with little or no supervision
* must be able to obtain a forklift license and operate a forklift
* must be able to operate a riding and a walk behind floor scrubber
* must be able to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time
* must have excellent safety work habits
* must be willing to assist other team members in other areas
* must have good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player)
* must possess basic math skills
* must be able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
* must show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work and
* a commitment to Publix and our mission
