We are currently seeking a Senior Manager Policy, Advocacy and Government Affairs for our Global Policy, Advocacy and Government Affairs department at Ware Place. This is a full-time, permanent position located in either Berlin or Frankfurt.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for policy and public affairs stakeholders in Germany and the Hesse state. You will report to the Head of Policy, Advocacy and Government Affairs for Germany and Emerging countries. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing policy developments, supporting CSL Behring's policy engagement and advocacy strategies, and shaping government policy and legislation to advance our priorities in the country, particularly in the ATMP and PDMP space.

It is crucial that you execute the public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy to build CSL Behring's profile and impact with key stakeholders. This includes leveraging and supporting our presence in Marburg with German-federal and Hesse policy makers, as well as engaging in trade associations and stakeholder dialogue platforms relevant to our portfolio and pipeline.

In this role, you will also be expected to prioritize the needs of patients and plasma donors in our vision for delivering value and addressing unmet medical needs.
