For our location in Düsseldorf / Hilden, we are looking for a Deputy Branch Manager / Site Manager (m/f/d):


What you can expect from us:

  • Support of the branch management in annual planning (controlling, budget and investment planning)
  • Preparation of personnel decisions in the responsible area
  • Independent and comprehensive project management for complex damage restoration from quotation to acceptance, as well as conducting quality controls and handling complaints
  • Contact person for external insurance representatives (adjusters/experts)
  • Issuing orders and monitoring subcontractors and suppliers
  • Implementation of company guidelines for occupational safety, as well as work and environmental protection

What you bring with you:


  • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering technician, or master craftsman
  • First leadership experience desirable
  • Several years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the field of damage management/project management in interior construction
  • Knowledge of VOB and BGB
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in communication
  • Good knowledge of business administration
