The position oversees the operations and processes for ordering, receiving, invoicing, licensing and assessment of curricular and research materials and the documentation of workflows from approval plan profiles, order placements, and material receipt.

It also oversees the processing of invoices for payment through the Universitys finance system, resolves high level problems related to payment or vendor records, and coordinates the receipt and processing of incoming gifts.

The position currently supervises a unit of 4 paraprofessional staff and one professional leading Collection Assessment and Licensing; and reports to the AUL for Scholarly Resources.
