We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week)
Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join our banking team at our location in Heidelberg.
Your Mission:
- As a telephone and written contact person for our customers, you ensure that they feel well advised by us
- You give your all for your team and take over the representation of your colleagues in outbound as well as inbound consultation in case of vacation or illness
- You qualify customer information and are in constant contact with our partner banks, acting as a liaison between the banks and our customers
- Your goal is to successfully close loans for customers and you accompany them completely and comprehensively on this journey
What you bring:
- You are strong in communication and sales and have excellent German language skills in both written and spoken form
- You have previous experience in direct customer contact (ideally in a call or service center)
- You are reliable, accurate, and organized, and can easily handle multiple inquiries
- You are not easily flustered by the high volume of customer contacts and can prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- You are techsavvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with sales systems (e.g
