Social worker (m/f/d) for homeless assistance at Holmen The European Homecare GmbH, a social service company, has been providing services on behalf of the public sector for over 30 years in currently around 100 facilities nationwide with a total of approximately employees in the areas of care, accommodation, and support for asylum seekers and homeless individuals.

To expand our team at the men's overnight shelter in Dortmund, we are currently looking for a full-time social worker (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Social worker (m/f/d) for homeless assistance in Dortmund Are you communicative, reliable, and can imagine that working with homeless individuals brings you joy? Then the following tasks await you with us: Crisis intervention Anamnesis/clearing Case documentation Close cooperation with municipal social work and funding agencies Networking Case management Support in coping with daily life in the facility Conflict management Goal setting/ participation in the care plan Our requirements: Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in social work, social pedagogy, or pedagogy with a relevant focus Assertiveness, conflict management skills, and independent work Good German language skills in speaking and writing Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
