Administrative Officer in the field of " Housing Strengthening":

Salary group A 8 LBesG or pay group E 8 TVöD

- to be filled in the department "Misuse and Housing Supervision".

Ensuring housing supply for the population is a central task of housing policy. Protecting existing housing is therefore of great importance.

The North Rhine-Westphalia Housing Strengthening Act (WohnStG) and the ordinance for the protection and preservation of housing in the area of the City of Bonn have created the necessary conditions for this.

You are surely aware of the tense housing market situation in Bonn.

Your future tasks will include combating the misuse of housing through conversion, short-term rentals, demolition or vacancy, as well as recording and processing external and internal reports of possible misuse.

Everyone has the right to a home that provides protection and security and does not pose a threat to their health.

Landlords and companies have a responsibility.

In housing supervision, your tasks will include ensuring the maintenance, compliance with minimum requirements and proper use of housing or accommodations for the accommodation of contract workers and temporary workers, and taking the necessary measures.
