We help you move and are looking for your dedicated support starting immediately, for the adViva location in Sinsheim.

Your responsibilities

  • Processing orders, creating and monitoring cost estimates
  • Invoicing supplies to payers and customers
  • Clarifying issues with payers and customers
  • Providing administrative support to the field team
  • Contract management

Your qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, several years of experience in the back office of a medical supply store, ideally with a focus on processing in rehabilitation technology
  • Proficient in common computer applications
  • Knowledge of Sanivision is desirable
  • Structured and meticulous work style
  • Team player
