Description
We help you move and are looking for your dedicated support starting immediately, for the adViva location in Sinsheim.
Your responsibilities
- Processing orders, creating and monitoring cost estimates
- Invoicing supplies to payers and customers
- Clarifying issues with payers and customers
- Providing administrative support to the field team
- Contract management
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, several years of experience in the back office of a medical supply store, ideally with a focus on processing in rehabilitation technology
- Proficient in common computer applications
- Knowledge of Sanivision is desirable
- Structured and meticulous work style
- Team player
