  • You have successfully completed training as a health and nursing care professional, elderly care specialist, or pediatric nursing specialist
  • You are curious about modern nursing and treatment concepts and motivated to contribute your expertise and continuously develop yourself
  • You demonstrate appreciation and empathy in your interactions with patients
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in diverse teams
